SPR# JKAE8YJ89H - Fixes issue were the date field format is not consistent with web browser settings. The new notes.ini variable; OverrideComputeDateFormat can be set to 1, 2, or 3. Each setting will cause the string passed to @TextToTime( ) to be interpreted as: 1: MDY, 2: DMY, or 3: YMD. By default, we use the browser's accept language header to determine how to interpret dates.
